PCBA Technician

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Technician to perform mobile phone diagnostics and repair while also supporting customer service and inventory/storekeeping operations in the service center.

Key Skills:

Troubleshoot and repair mobile phones (hardware/software)

Handle customer concerns clearly and professionally

Basic CRM/ticketing and inventory system knowledge

Strong multitasking, time management, and attention to detail
Good problem-solving and adaptability

Team player with good communication skills

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and basic repairs

Assist customers and resolve inquiries/complaints

Manage inventory, records, and documentation

Handle orders, returns, and service requests

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Preferably with Level 3 repair experience or equivalent advanced mobile phone repair skills
With NCII (or related certification) is a plus

Computer literate; familiar with inventory systems

Organized, flexible, and able to work independently
