PURCHASE ASSOCIATE

Experience: 1–3 Years | Industry: Pharma

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day purchase requirements of the company.
• Source materials/products from reliable suppliers.
• Collect and compare quotations and negotiate price, MOQ, credit terms and delivery timelines.
• Prepare Purchase Orders and maintain purchase records.
• Coordinate with vendors, stores, production, accounts and management.
• Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor stock requirements and prevent stock-outs.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Identify alternative vendors and opportunities for cost reduction.
• Maintain accurate purchase data, invoices, quotations and vendor records.

Requirements:

• Graduate with 1–3 years of purchase/procurement experience.
• Pharma industry experience preferred.
• Good Excel, negotiation, communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vendors and purchase requirements efficiently.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
