Job Purpose

Manage HNI/UHNI clients and family offices by providing investment advisory, wealth management, and broking services while driving client acquisition, client servicing, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and acquire HNI/UHNI clients and family offices.
• Execute trades and handle order punching/execution across equity and derivatives.
• Provide investment advisory across Equity, Mutual Funds, PMS, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Structured Products.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide investment recommendations based on market trends and client objectives.
• Drive cross-selling of financial and investment products.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent client servicing.
• Achieve revenue, activation, and business targets.

Key Requirements

• Hands-on experience in trading and order punching/execution.
• Proven experience handling HNI/UHNI clients and family offices.
• Strong track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and client servicing.
• Good understanding of Derivatives, Options, Cash Market, and Equity Trading.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets, investment products, and portfolio management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to consistently achieve business and revenue targets.

Education & Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field.
• NISM Series VIII – Equity Derivatives Certification is mandatory.
• Experience in broking/wealth management with significant exposure to HNI/UHNI clients.
