PCGS Operations Assistant/Operator

We employ more than 1,700 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana and offices in Jersey City, Seattle, Hong Kong, Paris, Shanghai, and Tokyo.

We are currently looking for an Operations Assistant (Operator) to join Operation Team.

This role reports to the Operations Manager and will be based in the Hong Kong.

What You’ll Do

·         Perform manual production tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

·         Assist in product inspection and grading support activities

·         Handle products with care to avoid damage during processing

·         Follow detailed work instructions to complete tasks accurately and consistently

·         Identify and report product defects, abnormalities, or quality issues in a timely manner

·         Support labeling, packaging, and other finishing processes

·         Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment

·         Ensure compliance with company quality standards and operational guidelines

·         Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets

·         Assist with basic data entry and documentation as required

·         Photographic record keeping

Who You Are

·         Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination

·         Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy

·         Basic understanding of quality control concepts is a plus

·         Responsible, patient, and able to work in a structured and standardized environment

·         Good teamwork and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

·         Experience in the collectibles, auction, or grading industries.

·         High school diploma or above

·         1–3 years of experience in production operations, manual work, or quality inspection preferred

·         Mandarin and Cantonese

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is competitive and will be determined based on experience and qualifications. Actual compensation will vary based on location, job level, and individual skillset.

此職位將向 助理營運經理（Assistant Operation Manager） 匯報，工作地點為香港，並可能需要不定期的本地及國際出差。

主要職責

●        按照標準作業流程（SOP）執行手工生產相關工作

●        協助產品檢驗及評級支援工作

●        在處理產品過程中保持謹慎，避免造成損壞

●        按照詳細作業指引，準確及穩定地完成各項工作

●        及時識別並回報產品缺陷、異常或品質問題

●        協助標籤、包裝及其他後段處理工序

●        維持整潔、有序及安全的工作環境

●        確保符合公司品質標準及營運規範

●        與團隊成員及主管緊密合作，達成每日生產目標

●        協助基本資料輸入及文件處理工作

●        細心，具良好手眼協調能力

●        能夠穩定及準確地完成重複性工作

●        具備基本品質控制概念者優先

●        有責任感、有耐性，能適應標準化及結構化工作環境

●        具良好團隊合作及溝通能力

●        普通話同廣東話

優先條件

●        具收藏品、拍賣或評級行業相關經驗者優先

●        中學畢業或以上學歷

●        具1–3年生產操作、手工工序或品質檢驗相關經驗者優先

此職位薪酬具市場競爭力，將根據候選人的經驗及資歷而定，實際薪酬將視工作地點、職級及個人能力而有所調整。
