Responsibilities

• Provide L2 operational support across the global PCM ecosystem.
• Resolve incidents and service requests through ServiceNow and Jira.
• Troubleshoot cross-system issues across Censhare, PI Center and PIM-API.
• Perform SQL-based data validation and analysis.
• Monitor system health and alerts using Datadog and Grafana.
• Handle re-exports, translation orders and other production issues.
• Manage user access via XIAM and PIM.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles.
• Roles and responsibilities Provide global L2 application support.
• Perform incident management and root-cause analysis.
• Troubleshoot cross-system integration issues.
• Monitor application and system health.
• Support data validation and production operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge management.
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to resolve issues within agreed SLAs.
• Good to have tech stack- Censhare, PI Center, SAP, PIMDAM, Grafana, ETLELT, Canva, PIMDAM, ServiceNow
