What they need
- With 40-Hour Basic PCO Training Certificate from a DENR-EMB recognized training organization.
- Preferably with experience in construction or environmental compliance.
- Knowledgeable in DENR requirements, ECC compliance, waste management, wastewater, air pollution control, and environmental monitoring.
- Must be qualified and willing to be designated/accredited as Pollution Control Officer (PCO) with DENR-EMB.
- With good communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Preferably with experience in construction projects.
