Salary: ₱23,544.00 per month

Job Summary

The PCO Evaluator shall provide technical and administrative support to the Pollution Control Officer Accreditation Unit in the screening and evaluation of Pollution Control Officer (PCO) applications, including new applications, renewals, amendments, and applications for PCO clustering. The position shall also assist in maintaining the PCO database, preparing official communications, and performing related functions to support the effective processing of PCO accreditation and clustering applications.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science or any related course.
• With good analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace.
• With good written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling application records and database information accurately.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

PCO Application Evaluation

• Assist in the screening and evaluation of PCO applications for new accreditation, renewal, and amendment.
• Assist in the screening and evaluation of applications for PCO clustering.

Database and Documentation

• Assist in updating and maintaining the PCO database to ensure the accuracy and completeness of records.
• Draft communication letters and other documents related to PCO accreditation and clustering applications.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Contract Length: Six (6) months, subject to renewal based on satisfactory performance, availability of funds, and the needs of the Agency.
