In order to support our business, we are looking for a PCS Sales Engineer in China. The PCS Sales Engineer is responsible for developing new local segment market. Contribute influential sales to industry based on developed brands and their supply chain.

Position Summary:

This role, reporting to the PCS Sales Manager, is responsible for regularly contacting and visiting customers in Northern Jiangsu and North China to maintain existing business. The incumbent shall log customer, competitor and market information into the CRM system, build a robust sales pipeline of new opportunities for color management solutions across plastics, leather and other relevant industries to drive sales growth, conduct pricing and contract negotiations with customers, propose alternative solutions creatively, prepare periodic progress and sales forecast reports, and perform effective market research and industry demand collection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve maximum sales volume consistent with sales targets.
• Generating sales leads for enhancing market share through routine and focusing sales activities.
• Plan and carry out sales calls and demonstrations to promote and sell products; and continuously grow market share in the territory.
• Provide backup support in marketing & sales through thorough understanding of individual market situation, potential, and requirements.
• Keep the management informed on matters of specific business interest such as market conditions, competitive situations, product needs, etc.
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisors.
• Other tasks assigned by manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Chemical Technology, Science, Engineering or other related disciplines.
• In‑depth understanding of production processes in the plastics and leather industries.
• Prior experience in pigment applications, color masterbatch or color paste application is preferred.
• Prior experience in key‑account sales within the plastics/leather industry, or sales experience of relevant industrial instruments and equipment is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in related industries.
• English can be used as a working language; experience working in foreign‑funded enterprises is preferred.
• Able to travel frequently.
• Good teamwork spirit, open‑minded, proactive, capable of working independently with self‑discipline.

Location: Shanghai or Nanjing City
