PCV Bus Driver/Leading Driver

We are looking for Drivers and Leading Drivers who are happy to go the extra mile to ensure that our passengers have a great experience on our buses, customer service is our focus and if making people happy makes you happy then this could be the place for you. Leading Drivers will be required to open up and allocate buses in the morning and supervise the run in at night and deal with any issues that arise on their shift. Quick thinking, a confident telephone manor and some knowledge of regulations would be advantageous.

We run buses from our depot in Parson Street, Bedminster, Bristol where there is on-site parking for your personal vehicle. For insurance purposes you would need to of held a PSV/D licence for a minimum period of two years and be 25 or over.

Our drivers work an minimum 39 hour week, overtime normally available. Your working pattern will be 5 over 7 to include weekend work and some late working until Midnight

In return we offer;

Pay rate is from £15.30 ph. - £15.80 after successful probationary period. Extra £1 per hour on Saturday.

Leading drivers are paid £1 extra per hour while undertaking supervisory duties.
