About the role

Oleo-Fats Inc. (OFI) is seeking an experienced PD Admin & Regulatory Services Head to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the administrative and regulatory aspects of our product development processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and guidelines.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage the administrative functions of the product development department, including document control, project scheduling, and resource allocation
2. Ensure all product development activities adhere to relevant food safety and regulatory requirements
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the smooth execution of product development projects
4. Prepare and submit regulatory filings, applications, and reports to relevant authorities
5. Stay up-to-date with changes in food technology and safety regulations, and implement necessary process improvements
6. Provide guidance and support to the product development team on compliance-related matters
7. Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and quality management systems

What we're looking for

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the food technology or food safety industry
2. Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality management systems
3. Proficient in project management, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
5. Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve compliance issues
6. Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance
