PD Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate new home textile products from concept to production.
• Prepare and manage product development samples, specifications, and costing.
• Coordinate with design, merchandising, production, sourcing, and quality teams.
• Follow up on samples, approvals, and production timelines.
• Source and develop suitable fabrics, trims, accessories, and other materials.
• Ensure products meet customer requirements, quality standards, and target costs.
• Maintain accurate product development records and reports.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Fashion, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Home Textile Product Development.
• Good knowledge of fabrics, construction, finishing, and textile production.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple developments and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
