Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop new products by creating designs, sampling, and costing them.
- Handle buying activities such as sourcing fabrics and trims, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Conduct fashion forecasting to predict future trends and create product lines accordingly.
- Oversee all aspects of product development from concept to production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-20 years of experience in garment manufacturing industry with expertise in fabric & trim knowledge.
- Strong understanding of Sampling, Buyer Handling, Product Costing, TNA (Total New Approach), Fashion Forecasting skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals.
