What they need
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก
* จัดทำเช็ค บันทึกต้นขั้ว และดูแลทะเบียน/สมุดคุมเช็ค
* บันทึกและควบคุม PDC (Post-Dated Cheque) รวมถึงติดตามวันครบกำหนด
* จัดทำ PDC Master List และสรุปยอดรายวัน/สัปดาห์/เดือน
* นำข้อมูล PDC จัดทำ Monthly PDC Calendar และ Export เป็น PDF สำหรับผู้บริหาร
* ใช้ Excel จัดทำตาราง วิเคราะห์ และสรุปข้อมูลทางการเงิน
* สนับสนุน Head of Finance ในการจัดทำ Payment Plan / Cash Requirement / Financial Planning
* ประสานงานกับฝ่ายบัญชี จัดซื้อ โครงการ และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
* เรียนรู้และใช้งาน Mango ERP สำหรับงานด้านการเงินและ PDC
