PDC Maintainence

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented PDC Maintenance Engineer to oversee the installation, troubleshooting, and upkeep of our High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) machinery and auxiliary equipment. The ideal candidate will minimize production downtime by executing rigorous preventive maintenance plans, addressing mechanical/electrical breakdowns promptly, and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Prepare and execute scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly PM routines on PDC machines and auxiliary equipment (ladles, extractors, sprayers).
• Breakdown Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair complex faults in hydraulic systems, shot/injection components, accumulators, and electronic machine controls.
• Electrical & Automation Support: Maintain and optimize PLC-based control systems, VFDs, and servo drive configurations.
• Die Operations: Support die changeovers, coordinate die maintenance, and manage machinery trials to ensure rapid changeover times.
• Inventory & Logging: Track machine breakdown history, maintain meticulous service records, and manage the critical spare parts inventory.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce standard operating procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and proper PPE usage.
