该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： 1、从事下游工艺小试和中试工艺的开发和优化； 2、负责下游工艺技术转移以及生产支持和申报资料的撰写； 3、负责下游工艺开发相关数据的收集和分析，及时汇报实验进展，按时完成实验记录； 4、负责或者辅助相关平台的建立和优化，负责相关仪器的使用及维护； 5、早期项目下游纯化支持； 6、积极完成交付的其它工作； 任职要求： 1：生物化学或其他相关专业硕士学历，有双抗下游工艺开发和IND申报资料撰写经验者优先； 2：熟悉各种层析和三滤技术及原理，熟练使用AKTA层析系统和超滤系统; 3：较强的总结和分析能力，熟悉相关数据分析和处理; 4：良好的英语读写能力，熟练查阅专业英文文献; 5：有高度的责任心，工作细致积极主动，具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
