Working closely with the PDI Foreman and Sales Managers, you will help ensure that new and used vehicles are prepared efficiently, accurately, and on time for guest delivery.

Key Responsibilities

As PDI Service Support, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assist the PDI Foreman in reviewing Repair Orders for new and used vehicles each day and assigning work to the Detailing Team and PDI Technicians.
• Follow the direction of the PDI Foreman to coordinate, manage, and support PDI Team Members.
• Utilize Serti and Infostream on a daily basis.
• Support the enforcement of Health & Safety.
• Assist with coordinating daily work schedules and priorities as directed by the PDI Foreman.
• Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to PDI Team Members as directed by the PDI Foreman.
• Participate in daily department circles to support communication, teamwork, and awareness of departmental priorities.
• Demonstrate and uphold Erin Park’s 5 Car Keys — Safety, Integrity, Courtesy, Show, and Efficiency — in all daily activities and interactions.
• Conduct functional and visual quality checks to ensure vehicles meet delivery standards.
• Assist the PDI Foreman with closing Repair Orders, dispatching work, and maintaining PDI inventory.
• Assist with departmental administrative duties, reporting, documentation, and other responsibilities as required.
• Work closely with the PDI Foreman and Sales Team to ensure vehicles are completed according to required timelines and delivery schedules.
• Identify and communicate vehicle preparation issues or delays to the PDI Foreman in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Post-secondary education in Customer Service, Automotive Service, Business, Management, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in an automotive dealership environment.
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is considered an asset.
• Valid Ontario G Driver’s Licence.
• Experience using Serti, Infostream, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong time-management and coordination abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while working within strict timelines.
• Basic knowledge of Toyota and Lexus products is an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Positive, professional, and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
