PDSA Helpdesk Admin

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and development of products and services based on business and customer requirements.
• Support sales planning activities, including preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Development, Marketing, and other departments regarding product and sales initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
• Monitor sales activities, targets, and schedules.
• Maintain and organize product, sales, and customer-related records and databases.
• Assist in preparing data and analysis for management decision-making.
• Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, coordination, scheduling, and correspondence.
• Monitor and follow up on pending requests and action items.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates may be considered, depending on the position.
• Experience in sales support, product development, planning, or administration is an advantage.
• With pricing knowledge/experience as a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
