职位概述 我们正在寻找一位经验丰富的工艺工程师，负责航空精密零部件的工艺方案设计、工艺文件编制及现场技术支持。主导从图纸到首件交付的工艺开发全流程，优化切削参数与加工路径，解决生产中的工艺技术问题，确保产品符合AS9100体系及客户规范要求。 Overview Joby Metal is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to be responsible for process plan design, process documentation preparation, and on-site technical support for aerospace precision components. You will lead the full process development cycle from drawing review to first article delivery, optimize cutting parameters and machining paths, solve process and technical issues in production, and ensure products comply with AS9100 system and customer specification requirements. 【岗位职责】 1. 工艺方案设计

• 评审客户图纸及技术规范，识别关键及重要特性，确定工艺路线。
• 设计完整的工艺方案，包括工序划分、设备选型、基准选择、余量分配及检测方式。
• 针对铝合金、钛合金、复合材料、高硬材料等不同材料特性，制定切削参数、冷却方案及变形控制措施。 2. 工艺文件编制
• 编制工艺流程图、作业指导书及刀具清单等标准工艺文件。
• 制定各工序的加工步骤、检验要求及注意事项，确保文件完整、规范、可追溯。
• 输出工艺定额（工时、材料消耗等），为成本核算及生产排产提供依据。 3. 现场技术支持与问题解决
• 跟踪首件加工全过程，记录工艺参数，参与首件检验（FAI）的数据收集与分析。
• 快速响应现场工艺异常（尺寸超差、表面缺陷、刀具异常等），分析根本原因并制定解决方案。
• 指导操作人员按工艺文件作业，解释工艺要求及关键控制点。 4. 持续改进与工艺优化
• 分析量产阶段的工艺数据，识别效率及良率提升机会，持续优化工艺方案。
• 参与不合格品（NCR）原因分析，提出工艺整改措施并验证有效性。
• 协助工程经理推动工艺标准化及技术经验库建设。 Responsibilities
• Review customer drawings and technical specifications, identify critical and key characteristics, and determine the process route.
• Design complete process plans, including process division, equipment selection, datum selection, allowance distribution, and inspection methods.
• Define cutting parameters, coolant strategies, and distortion control measures based on the characteristics of different materials such as aluminum alloys, titanium alloys, composites, and hard-to-machine materials.
• Prepare standard process documents including process flow diagrams, work instructions, and tool lists.
• Define processing steps, inspection requirements, and precautions for each process to ensure documents are complete, standardized, and traceable.
• Output process quotas (working hours, material consumption, etc.) to provide a basis for cost accounting and production scheduling.
• Track the entire first article machining process, record process parameters, and participate in data collection and analysis for First Article Inspection (FAI).
• Respond quickly to on-site process abnormalities (dimensional deviation, surface defects, tooling anomalies, etc.), analyze root causes, and develop solutions.
• Guide operators to work in accordance with process documents, and explain process requirements and key control points.
• Analyze process data during mass production, identify opportunities for efficiency and yield improvement, and continuously optimize process plans.
• Participate in root cause analysis of Non-Conforming Reports (NCRs), propose process correction measures, and verify their effectiveness.
• Assist the Engineering Manager in promoting process standardization and the construction of a technical knowledge base. 【任职资格】 1. 经验与背景
• 统招本科及以上，机械、飞行器制造、材料等相关专业。
• 5年以上精密机加工工艺经验，其中2年以上航空零部件加工经验。
• 主导至少1个完整航空项目（NPI到量产）的工艺开发，熟悉AS9100及FAI流程。 2. 专业技能
• 熟悉铝合金、钛合金、复合材料、高硬材料等航空材料特性及加工难点。
• 熟练运用SolidWorks进行数模与图纸解析，了解主流编程软件（如UG/NX、Mastercam）的基本原理。
• 熟练运用PFMEA、CPK、8D等质量工具，具备NCR分析与适航符合性意识。 3. 核心能力
• 较强的跨部门协调与客户技术对接能力。
• 逻辑清晰，能快速响应现场工艺异常并做出技术判断。
• 英文读写无障碍（图纸、规范、客户技术文件的交流）。 Required
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Manufacturing, Materials, or a related field.
• 5+ years of precision machining process experience, including 2+ years in aerospace component machining.
• Proven experience leading process development for at least one full aerospace program from New Product Introduction (NPI) through mass production, with a good understanding of AS9100 and FAI processes. Desired
• Strong knowledge of aerospace materials such as aluminum alloys, titanium alloys, composites, and hard-to-machine materials, including key processing challenges.
• Proficient in SolidWorks for CAD model and drawing interpretation, with a basic understanding of mainstream programming software (e.g., UG/NX, Mastercam) principles.
• Skilled in PFMEA, CPK, 8D, and other quality tools, with awareness of NCR analysis and airworthiness compliance. Key Competencies
