该职位来源于猎聘 Process Technology work is a bridge between Technical team and Operation team, focus on to allow lab designed formula scale up in manufacture successfully, and also to study and keep continue improvement activity in process of manufacture and operation to insure the safety, quality and cost.

This position will be responsible for set up the process technology work standard in manufacturing, control & monitor daily operation follow procedure to insure process quality, and also support to create a best Process Engineering team.

Detail Job Tasks Include

• General Description o Ensure that all related requirements regarding Quality Management Systems and EHS Management Systems are obeyed. o The incumbent is the key contact and spokesperson for the plant in product process area.
• Existing Products and Process o Develop and maintain the Process Map, Control Plan, Flow Chart and PFMEA.
• Process onsite audit to insure the implementation. o Retrain the supervisors and the operators as needed. o Standardize the formula/routing to direct the operator to finish a batch. Identify the key materials and process as needed.
• Work with Technical, Production and other relative departments to optimize the formula and process. o Continue improve operation process with Lean and Automation technology
• New Products and Process o Define the manufacturing process and develop the Process Map, Control Plan, Flow Chart and PFMEA. o Agree with the Technical Department on the proper QC testing for a specific product. o Work with Technical Department to introduce the product to the Customer to assure the product produced meets the needs of the end user. o Implement FLC process to insure the successful production of new/revised formulation/process using system of cross-department review/blessing.
• Source and introduce the new equipments to meet the product and process requirements. o Ensure Product Stewardship requirements are followed.
• Problem resolution, when a problem does occur o Work with production, technical and related department to define and solve the product and process problem. o Tools to define and solve the problem i.

• Strong Analytical Skills

• Mini. B.S. of chemical engineering or relevant major.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Process Safety Management, Quality Management System.
