  • Follow Checklists: Complete daily checklists to make sure all systems are ready and working correctly.
  • Keep Records: Take clear and accurate notes of all activities and issues that happen during your shift. You will also create a simple daily summary report for the team.
  • Be the Point of Contact: Act as the main communication link between the vehicles, our on-the-ground support teams, and engineers.
  • Share Updates: Clearly explain the current situation to the person taking over your shift so nothing gets missed.

What You Need (Required Skills and Qualifications):

  • A Sharp Eye for Detail: You are good at spotting small details and noticing when something is not right.
  • Ability to Follow Rules: You can follow instructions and procedures carefully and consistently.
  • Good Communication: You can speak and write clearly so that everyone understands you.
  • Comfortable with Computers: You know how to use basic computer programs and can learn new software easily.
  • Strong Focus: You can concentrate on a task for long periods.
  • Flexible Schedule: You must be willing to work different shifts, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Bachelors degree in Education, Communication, Instructional Design, or related field.

What Would Be a Plus (Preferred Attributes):

  • Past Experience: You have worked in a control room, as a dispatcher, or in a similar role where you had to monitor systems.
  • Interest in Technology: You are curious about cars, technology, or robotics.
  • Calm Under Pressure: You can stay calm and think clearly, even when things get busy.
  • Team Player: You enjoy working with others and are a helpful team member.

What Success Looks Like (Key Deliverables):

  • Creating accurate and easy-to-understand records of any problems.
  • Writing clear daily reports that keep the team informed.
  • Maintaining a perfect safety record by always following the rules.
