PE - PM, Multi-Family Construction

This is an opportunity to join a local leader in Multi-Family Construction, known for delivering complex projects safely, efficiently, and with integrity. We’re seeking a Project Engineer, APM, or PM to join our growing team and play a key role in planning, tracking, and driving project success across a strong pipeline of local projects so you are home most nights.

What You’ll Do:

• Help manage projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and budget targets are met.
• Oversee project schedules, subcontractors, and resources.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Help support business development by contributing to proposals and bids.

• 2+ years of experience in multi-family or commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and safety practices.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
