工艺/制程工程师(PE) Process Technician

• Adapt and promote Lean Manufacturing principles
• Support the Company’s Goals and Objectives
• Required to be able to program and trouble shoot Grob Spline forming machines.
• Required to be able to program and trouble shoot WF Flow forming machines.
• Sets machine controls according to Process, program, installs fixtures / Tooling when required.
• Responsible for CNC Machine Tooling set-up, Programming, troubleshooting machine.
• Responsible to maintain stable process and ensure quality of the product.
• Required to understand, know, and apply the knowledge to all Grob, Flow form and machine processes, and their functions in their work area
• Makes preliminary check on first piece, adjusts tools to maintain proper dimensions and part quality overall
• Knowledge to perform all quality checks as specified by Quality Control
• Keep work areas and equipment clean and safe.
• Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor. Knowledge and Skills：
• Must possess working Grob spline forming knowledge, Flow form and CNC machining knowledge, Fanuc 16i MB, 31i controls and Siemens S7.
• Usage of a computer and other workplace machinery Experience：
• Requires at least one (1) year experience as Grob spline forming and or flow forming Technician.
• 2+ years of experience in an automotive manufacturing setting preferred.
