PE Supervisor (Development)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise new Product/Process Development, trials, Run @ Rate, PPAP, Production Preparation.
• Lead PLC, automation, robotics, IoT, Poka-yoke and automatic inspection projects.
• Control new machine purchasing, technical specifications, supplier coordination, installation, commissioning and machine modification.
• Design and control factory layout, production line layout, machine relocation and process flow improvements.
• Manage project schedule, milestones, risks, investment budget, quotations and actual costs.
• Lead capacity, productivity, cycle-time, manpower and cost-reduction improvements.
• Control engineering changes and corrective actions.
• Assign and follow up PE engineers/technicians and provide technical guidance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience 2-5 Years up in process production engineer, Supervisor, team leader project management
• Experience with new machine purchasing, machine modification, layout design and commissioning
• Experience in mass production lunch, PPAP execution and IATF16949 requirements, Process engineering methodologies: DFM, PFMEA, Control plan, Project Milestone, Risk, Resource control, Budget, Cost and Investment.
• Strong technical knowledge in Automation, Robotics, PLC integration, IoT and automatic inspection systems.
• Knowledge of factory layout, production line layout, material-flow design, FAT/SAT. Run@Rate.
• Knowledge of AMR/AGV, IoT, Dx systems, Robot, Lean
• Good skill and Ability to use PLC systems (Keyence, Mitsubishi) , Auto Cad, SolidWorks or related engineer software
• Good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Good in English Language skill for technical coordination and reporting
