PEB Civil Site Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced PEB Civil Site Engineers to manage and supervise site execution activities for pre-engineered building and steel structure projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of civil engineering drawings, steel structure erection, site coordination, quality control, and construction safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse civil drawings, structural drawings, and project layouts to plan and execute site activities.
• Supervise construction, steel structure erection, installation, and related site operations.
• Monitor project progress and ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
• Identify and resolve civil, structural, design, and execution-related issues in coordination with the concerned teams.
• Conduct technical and feasibility assessments and monitor site activities to ensure compliance with design and safety requirements.
• Ensure proper execution, inspection, and monitoring of projects through completion and commissioning.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with site safety procedures.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and other site requirements for smooth project execution.
• Track project progress and report site updates, delays, and execution-related challenges to the concerned team.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil site engineering, preferably in the PEB or steel structure industry.
• B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in site supervision and construction execution.
• Good understanding of civil and structural drawings, steel erection, and construction procedures.
• Experience in site coordination, contractor management, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Ability to identify and resolve site execution issues.
• Strong planning, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work at project sites in Nagpur or Nashik.
