What they need
Required Knowledge & Experience:
- 35 years of experience in PEB/structural steel erection and site supervision.
- Knowledge of PEB erection drawings, structural components and erection procedures.
- Hands-on experience in column, rafter, purlin, bracing and sheeting installation.
- Experience in crane operations, lifting methods and rigging practices.
- Ability to check alignment, level, plumb and bolted connections.
- Knowledge of site safety procedures and work-at-height safety.
- Experience in managing erection teams, subcontractors and site workers.
- Ability to monitor daily progress, quality, safety and project schedules.
- Good coordination with site engineers, project managers and clients.Role & responsibilities
