PED Technician

• Responsible to set up, maintains, and troubleshoots advanced automated assembly and production machinery.
• Performs regular check-ups, preventive maintenance (PM), and repairs on running or idle production machinery.
• Resolves major mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or sensor issues during mass production to minimize downtime.
• Identifies operational bottlenecks and applies data-driven methods (like statistical tools) to recommend efficiency improvements.
• Logs machine changes, downtime causes, and updates standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications

• Graduate of a technical or vocational course, or an Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferably with hands-on experience in manufacturing, specifically handling automated equipment, molds, or precision assembly lines.
• Strong electro-mechanical diagnostic skills, blueprint or schematic reading, and basic computer proficiency.

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
