Pedagogical Coordinator for Language Courses

Under the authority of the Head of the Language Center (RCDL) and the Deputy Director of the branch, the language course coordinator ensures the organization and continuity of courses and certification sessions, leads and develops the teaching team, designs teaching materials and resources, and actively contributes to the projects of the network of French Institutes in Morocco. In this capacity, they play a key role in student satisfaction and the center's attractiveness, combining pedagogical rigor, a service-oriented approach, and the ability to unite a team.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma in French as a Foreign Language (Bac+5) and/or experience in teaching FLE/FOS of at least 5 years.
• DELF/DALF examiner-marker accreditation desired
• My perfect mastery of the French language (spoken, read, written)
• All references are subject to verification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching French as a Foreign Language/French for Specific Purposes
• Experience in pedagogical coordination, facilitation or team management
• Experience in training trainers is appreciated.
• Experience in developing corporate (B2B) courses or in instructional design is a plus.
• FLE/FOS methodologies and educational engineering
• DELF / DALF / TCF certifications and their organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, online collaborative tools, and digital learning platforms

• A category B driving licence is essential: Some course locations and partners may be far from the institute, requiring significant mobility.

• Ability to work across departments and with other services: communication, administration, reception, etc.
