Compensation:

$75,000

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans
• Lead ABA programs and provide clinical supervision for children with autism
• Mentor practicum students and RBTs, fostering skill development
• Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (ABA, Speech, OT) to ensure cohesive care

Qualifications:

• Experience supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities
• Strong clinical skills in ABA, assessment, and data-driven patient care
• Commitment to client-centered care and professional growth
• BCBA certification (required)
• Master’s degree (required)
