Pediatric Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Most ABA providers put a BCBA in a room with RBTs and a caseload. DV Therapy puts you alongside speech-language pathologists (SLPs & SLPAs) and occupational therapists (OTs and COTAs) serving the same children because a client's communication, regulation, and behavior don't live in separate departments. We're hiring a BCBA at our Los Angeles center (at the corner of La Cienega and Whitworth Dr.) to lead individualized, play-based, family-involved programs as part of that integrated team. Our mission is simple: help kids build the skills to connect with the world and the people who matter to them.

What We Need You To Bring:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field, required
• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA services
• Bilingual (Spanish) a huge plus!

What We Need You To Do:

• Design, evaluate, and implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise and train clinical staff, providing ongoing feedback and support
• Conduct assessments, analyze data, and adjust treatment strategies
• Collaborate with caregivers to teach behavior intervention techniques
• Monitor documentation for accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff
• Participate in staff meetings, case reviews, and professional development
• Assist with scheduling, billing, and documentation processes
