Responsibilities Job Description

• Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in the emergency room.
• Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Perform initial patient assessments, including vital signs and medical history, and document findings accurately.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV fluids as prescribed and monitor patient responses.
• Offer compassionate support to patients and their families during stressful situations.
• Maintain clinical documentation and ensure all records are up to date and precise.
• Assist in emergency procedures and provide life-saving interventions when necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about discharge instructions and health management.
• Uphold hospital policies and procedures to ensure a safe and effective care environment.
