Hoover Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate nurse practitioner who is comfortable caring for patients from birth through age 21 and committed to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide well-child visits, preventive care, and treatment for common pediatric illnesses.
• Assess and manage ongoing health concerns and educate patients and families.
• Collaborate with our physician, with support available for complex patients and clinical decisions.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and work closely with our clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama nurse practitioner license and appropriate board certification.
• Experience caring for newborns, children, adolescents, and young adults.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical assessment skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based medicine and compassionate care.
