Families across the Las Vegas Valley face a frustrating reality: securing a routine well-child checkup requires weeks of waiting or missing work and school, and dealing with an unexpected fever or acute illness often means spending hours trapped in a crowded ER or driving across town just to find a pediatrician who is accepting patients.

IncrediCare Pediatrics was built to fix that. We operate brand-new, fully equipped mobile pediatric clinics — true clinical spaces on wheels, staffed and stocked to handle complete pediatric healthcare needs across the community.

Comprehensive Care, Delivered Where Families Need It Healthcare should not require a logistical headache. We bridge the gap by bringing full-service pediatric care directly to our patients. Whether a child needs a scheduled well-child exam, developmental screening, and routine immunizations, or an urgent sick visit for a sudden fever, earache, or injury, our mobile care model delivers board-certified expertise right where it’s needed.

By eliminating the traditional waiting room and bringing the clinic directly to the patient, we make healthcare convenient for families and less intimidating for children—while offering pediatric providers a sustainable, independent practice model built around true patient-first medicine.

We're hiring a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to practice at the top of their license, with the time and support to actually do the job well.

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive assessments and build individualized care plans for pediatric patients from infancy through adolescence
• Evaluate and manage acute pediatric presentations: fever, respiratory illness, dehydration, injury, infection, rashes, minor trauma
• Perform hands-on procedures — IV insertion, urinary catheterization, simple laceration repair, incision and drainage of abscesses
• Order and interpret point-of-care diagnostics; prescribe and administer medications and treatments
• Coach families through the plan in plain language, so they leave confident about what to watch for and what comes next
• Recognize the sick child early and coordinate escalation or transfer without hesitation
• Document accurately and close charts in our EHR
• Keep the mobile clinic clean, stocked, and compliant with all safety and infection-control protocols

What You Bring

Required

• Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP-PC or PNP-AC)
• Active Nevada APRN license and RN license, or eligibility to obtain (we'll reimburse and help you through it)
• Active DEA registration, or eligibility
• Experience in pediatric urgent care, pediatric emergency, or pediatric primary care
• Demonstrated competence in IV insertion, urinary catheterization, wound repair, and abscess I&D
• Current PALS and BLS (or willingness to obtain before start)
• EHR proficiency
• Warm, clear communication with anxious kids and anxious parents alike
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Nice to Have

• Emergency department or pediatric ICU background
• Point-of-care ultrasound experience
• Spanish fluency
• Interest in helping build a growing practice from the ground up

Compensation & Benefits

• $55 - $70 per hour, based on experience

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
