Position Overview

Jabri Medical LTD. is seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our practice on a part-time basis.

This position focuses primarily on the care of pediatric, adolescent, and young adult patients, with occasional adult primary care as needed. We are looking for a compassionate, confident clinician who enjoys working with children and families and is committed to delivering high-quality outpatient care.

The successful candidate will work closely with Dr. Jabri and our clinical staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care for pediatric, adolescent, and young adult patients
• Perform well-child visits, annual physicals, sports physicals, sick visits, and follow-up appointments
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage common acute and chronic medical conditions
• Obtain medical histories and perform comprehensive physical examinations
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide preventive care, immunization counseling, and patient/family education
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Collaborate closely with Dr. Jabri and the clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of care

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in good standing
• National certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP)
• Minimum of 5 years of outpatient clinical experience required
• Strong pediatric clinical experience is required
• Ability to independently evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients in an outpatient setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Experience using electronic medical records (EMR)
• Current BLS certification required
• PALS certification preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• No new graduates
