Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) – Flexible Schedule

SG Speech Therapy | Calabasas, CA

SG Speech Therapy is a growing pediatric private practice in Calabasas, CA, and we are looking for a warm, motivated, and experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team as we expand our multidisciplinary services.

We currently provide speech and language therapy, feeding therapy, developmental services, and parent education to children and families throughout the San Fernando Valley, Conejo Valley, and surrounding communities. We are excited to expand our practice to include occupational therapy and are looking for an OT who is passionate about providing individualized, child-centered care.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and treatment
• Support children with fine motor, visual-motor, sensory processing, self-regulation, play, daily living, and functional participation skills
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
• Provide parent education and home recommendations
• Collaborate with SLPs, families, schools, and other professionals involved in the child’s care
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Help us thoughtfully grow and develop our occupational therapy services

Who We’re Looking For:

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong understanding of sensory processing, regulation, fine motor development, and activities of daily living
• Collaborative, dependable, and comfortable communicating with families
• Child-centered and neurodiversity-affirming approach
• Interest in being part of a growing pediatric private practice
