Pediatric Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary pediatric team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative clinic environment, making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. At SMILE Therapy for Kids Burlington, we are a dynamic, interdisciplinary pediatric clinic offering highly specialized services in Physiotherapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), and Chiropractic Care. We are a supportive, collaborative team passionate about helping children thrive through engaging, family-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Individualized assessments of children with all abilities
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans
• Supervision of Occupational Therapy Assistants (in session or delegating care)
• Accurate and timely completion of evaluations, treatment notes, progress notes and therapy reports
• Adhere to rules, regulations and laws established by the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario

Qualifications

• Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Experience in pediatrics (preferred)
• Positive, energetic, and engaging personality
• Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Motivated to continue learning and developing clinical skills

Pay: $70.00-$80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
