Pediatric Physician(Spanish Bilingual)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine wellness examinations, physical assessments, and immunizations.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, injuries, infections, and chronic pediatric conditions.
• Monitor patients' growth, development, and developmental milestones.
• Educate parents and caregivers on child health, nutrition, safety, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) systems.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists when clinically indicated.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals.
• Deliver comprehensive preventive and primary care services in accordance with clinical best practices.
• Participate in continuing medical education and maintain current clinical knowledge.

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active, unrestricted Texas medical license.
• Current DEA registration.
• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric clinical experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient-centered care skills.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.

• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems.
