Optimum Rehab Inc. is a well-established pediatric therapy clinic with over 25 years of serving children and families in the Lake Mary / Central Florida area. We specialize in Speech Therapy (ST), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Physical Therapy (PT), working with children across a wide range of developmental and communication needs.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. You'll step into a stable, existing caseload from day one — no building from scratch. Our patient population includes children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, articulation and language disorders, AAC needs, feeding challenges, and more.

This position starts part-time with strong potential to grow into full-time, depending on your availability and caseload demand. We serve a high volume of school-age children, so afternoon and evening availability is essential.

Compensation & Benefits (W-2 Full-Time)

What You'll Do

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapy for children with diverse communication needs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of OTs, PTs, and SLPs
• Communicate progress to families and support carryover strategies at home
• Document sessions in ClinicSource (EMR) — training provided

What We're Looking For

• Active Florida SLP License (required)
• Pediatric experience preferred — motivated new grads with pediatric passion welcome
• Available afternoons/evenings weekdays (until 7:00 PM)
• Spanish fluency a strong plus
• AAC or feeding therapy experience a bonus
• Team player with strong communication and family-centered approach
