Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist

Seeking a state licensed SLP with at least 1+ years of experience in the field.

Selected candidate will be working for a small, highly reputable, private practice in South Tampa whose mission is to create trusting relationships with families, educate on neuro affirming practices, and implement connection driven therapies.

The practice is looking for a therapist who is willing to start part time (5-10 hours) and grow to a full time caseload. Hours will include both direct one-on-one intervention and supervision and management of caseloads. Pediatric therapy is conducted in office, school setting, or in the client’s home.

The therapist must have a passion and experience in play-based, functional, parent involved intervention. This position will provide flexibility with schedule and autonomy, and is perfect for an SLP seeking independence, yet a yearning to evolve further in their leadership and development within a tight community.

Starting hourly rate per direct therapy sessions is $60-65. As leadership within the role grows, increased compensation will follow.

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
