Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Contract Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. Flexible schedule! This role involves working closely with pediatric populations in an outpatient sensory gym setting to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders. The ideal candidate will have experience in pediatrics and be comfortable working with diverse case types, including Early Intervention (EI), CPSE, insurance, and private pay cases. The position offers the opportunity to utilize community-based, school-based, and medical models to deliver comprehensive care tailored to each child's needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations for pediatric clients across different age groups and developmental stages.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving communication skills in children with speech or language delays or disorders.
• Work within outpatient sensory gym settings to provide engaging therapy sessions that promote functional communication development.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care strategies.
• Manage a caseload that includes Early Intervention (EI), CPSE, insurance-covered, and private pay cases.
• Utilize community-based, school-based, and medical models to deliver therapy services effectively in various environments.
• Monitor progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as needed to meet individual goals.
• Document all sessions accurately in compliance with regulatory standards and maintain detailed case records.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of pediatric speech-language development and disorders.
• Experience working in outpatient sensory gym settings preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with children across different age ranges and developmental levels.
