Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for children.

• Collaborate with families to set achievable goals and provide guidance on supporting their child's communication development at home.

• Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions tailored to each child's unique needs, fostering a positive and encouraging environment.

• Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes for each child.

• Stay informed about the latest research and techniques in pediatric speech-language pathology to continuously improve your practice.

• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities to contribute to our clinic's growth and success.

Qualifications

• Must have a Texas License to work as a speech-language pathologist (clinical fellows welcome).
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.

Kidtherapy is a multidisciplinary outpatient pediatric clinic that is therapist-owned and managed. We do only clinic-based services and a small amount of teletherapy. KidTherapy's pediatric therapy facility has over 4,000 square feet of fully equipped space. We offer two sensory gyms, an orthopedic gym, and four private treatment rooms.
