Join one of the Bay Area's larger pediatric therapy teams! We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Virtual position to deliver high-quality teletherapy.

Specific Position Requirements

• Caseload Volume: Ability to see a minimum of 15 treatment hours per week.
• Schedule Availability: Must be available to work after-school hours (afternoons/early evenings) and/or weekends.

Key Qualifications

Required:

• Licensure: Active California SLP License and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Clinical Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed SLP (pediatric focus preferred).
• Teletherapy Experience: Minimum of 1 year of direct virtual/teletherapy experience.

Preferred:

• Pediatric clinic or school-based experience.
• AAC or Feeding therapy experience.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish, Vietnamese, or Mandarin) to support our San Jose community.

What You'll Do

• Provide individualized virtual or hybrid pediatric speech-language therapy services.
• Conduct evaluations, set goals, and deliver evidence-informed interventions.
• Address expressive/receptive language, articulation, fluency, social communication, AAC, and routine participation.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members.
• Complete documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR system.

Compensation & Incentives

• Base Rate: $60.00-$70.00 per hour, based on experience and productivity.
