Dream Hope & Believe Therapy Corp. is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or (CF) to join our multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team.

We are passionate about helping children reach their fullest potential through individualized, family-centered care. Our collaborative team includes occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech-language pathologists who work together to support children's developmental progress.

Position Details

• Position: Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or (CF)
• Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
• Setting: Outpatient Pediatric Therapy Clinic and School based
• Location: Miami, Florida
• Schedule: Weekday availability; scheduling arrangements to be discussed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with speech, language, communication, and other disorders within the clinician's scope of practice.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs and functional goals.
• Provide engaging, evidence-based interventions to support communication and developmental progress.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, families, and other professionals to coordinate care.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment approaches as appropriate.
• Complete accurate and timely evaluations, progress reports, daily notes, and other required documentation.
• Educate caregivers on strategies and home programs to reinforce therapeutic progress.
• Maintain professional standards and comply with applicable licensing, documentation, and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure, as applicable.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Qualified Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply with appropriate supervision available.
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children with developmental and communication needs.

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
