Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Spot On Speech Therapy is a growing pediatric private practice providing high-quality speech-language therapy services throughout the Greater Boston area. We provide services in children's homes, schools, and community settings, helping children build communication skills in the environments where they learn, play, and thrive. We're currently hiring part-time Speech-Language Pathologists.

What You'll Do

• Provide individualized evaluations and speech-language therapy for pediatric clients.
• Create fun, engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to each child's strengths and interests.
• Collaborate with families and educational teams to support carryover across environments.
• Complete documentation in a timely manner.
• Build meaningful relationships with children and their families while making a lasting impact.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Reliable transportation for travel within the Greater Boston area
