Pediatric Therapy Supervisor - Speech, Occupational or Physical Therapist

Inspiring Talkers is looking for an experienced Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist who is ready to step into a clinical leadership role while still keeping a connection to the kids and families they love working with.

This isn’t a full therapy caseload with supervision squeezed in on the side!

You’ll supervise and support a small team of approximately 5–10 therapists, maintain a reduced caseload of approximately 19–20 direct therapy hours per week, and have protected time for supervision, mentorship, problem-solving, and supporting your team.

The Job at a Glance

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM
Location: One clinic location — no travel between homes, schools, or facilities
Salary: $80,000–$90,000 starting salary
Clinical Caseload: Approximately 19–20 direct therapy hours per week
Leadership: Support a small interdisciplinary team of approximately 5–10 therapists

What Makes This Leadership Role Different

Leadership time is actually built into your schedule.
You’re not expected to maintain a full clinical caseload and somehow supervise a team at the same time. Your reduced caseload creates protected time to lead, mentor, collaborate, and problem-solve.

You still get to be a therapist.
If you love treating kids and aren’t ready to give that up completely, neither are we. You’ll maintain a smaller caseload while also having the opportunity to make an impact across an entire clinical team.

You’re not leading alone.
You’ll work alongside our HR Manager and leadership team, with support for onboarding, training, staffing needs, challenging situations, and day-to-day clinic operations.

Your paycheck doesn’t depend on cancellations.
This is a salaried position. Pediatric cancellations and no-shows happen—we don’t believe you should have to worry about your income when they do.

One clinic. No windshield time.
Come to one location, work alongside the therapists you support, and actually have the opportunity to build relationships with your team.

And yes—you still get Fridays off.
Our clinics operate Monday through Thursday, giving you a three-day weekend every week.

What You’ll Do as Clinical Supervisor

• Mentor and support a small interdisciplinary therapy team
• Help therapists develop their clinical skills and confidence
• Be a resource for challenging cases and clinical questions
• Support onboarding and training of new therapists
• Collaborate with HR and leadership when additional staff support is needed
• Help maintain a positive, accountable, collaborative clinic culture
• Recognize successes while also helping therapists work through areas where they need support

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced PT, OT, or SLP who genuinely enjoys helping other clinicians succeed.

Someone who can balance support with accountability and understands that great leadership isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about helping your team find them.
