Responsibilities

• Perform professional pedicure treatments, including exfoliation, massage, cuticle care, and polish application with precision and care
• Apply nail extensions, gel manicures, acrylic nails, and other nail enhancement techniques to meet client preferences
• Conduct thorough sanitation and disinfection procedures before and after each service to maintain salon safety standards
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and ensure a satisfying experience
• Educate clients on nail care routines, product usage, and retail options to enhance their ongoing beauty regimen
• Assist with retail sales of nail products, skincare items, and beauty tools through upselling techniques
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to salon safety protocols and hygiene standards at all times

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a pedicurist or in the beauty industry with knowledge of manicure, gel nails, and nail extensions
• Strong understanding of color theory for flawless polish application and nail art design
• Skilled in sanitation practices including disinfection procedures for tools and workstations
• Knowledge of esthetic laser treatment, dermabrasion, hair threading, body waxing, hair styling, eyelash extensions, and hair extensions is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with clients
• Familiarity with retail math for effective upselling of products
• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by local regulations
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
