Join ADA NSW as a Peer Advisor and play a pivotal role in supporting fellow practitioners across regulatory, clinical, and professional challenges.

🔹 Part-time: 2 days per week

🔹 Location: St Leonards 2065 (close to transport, parking available)

Why this role matters

You’ll be a trusted advisor to dentists—guiding them through complex issues such as compliance, complaints, patient management, and professional standards. Your expertise will directly strengthen the profession and help ensure high-quality care for the community.

What you’ll do

• Provide expert, timely advice to members
• Support members responding to regulators
• Research and analyse issues impacting dentists
• Write articles and deliver presentations
• Join a high-performing, passionate, supportive and cohesive team

What you bring

• Registered dentist with 10+ years’ experience
• Ability to practice active listening
• Critical and analytical thinking skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Sound understanding of dental regulations (or willingness to deepen it)
• High attention to detail and a passion for professionalism
