What You’ll Do

As the Peer Support Services Program Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing our peer support programs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, coordinating, and supervising peer support services to ensure effective program delivery.
• Collaborating with team members to develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of our clients.
• Monitoring program outcomes and ensuring compliance with organizational goals and standards.
• Providing guidance and support to peer support staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Building relationships with community partners to enhance program reach and effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate with:

• At least 1 year of experience in a related field or role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage programs and teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with staff, clients, and community partners.
