Pega Architect

We are looking for a Pega Architect to join our team!

*You must be willing to work on a hybrid setup, for at least thrice a week onsite

* This is a contractor setup, but with flexibility in the engagement terms. Although a contractor role, the position is a long term engagement and will be working with new and ongoing Pega project

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, software development methodologies, and application design principles.
• Knowledge of business process management (BPM), workflow automation, and enterprise application development concepts.
• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, and database fundamentals.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with the capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional Agile delivery teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business and technical requirements.
• Pega Certified System Architect (CSA)
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with Pega Platform applications, case management, workflow automation, or low-code development platforms.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile delivery methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to cloud-based technologies and enterprise integration concepts.
• Experience participating in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and support activities.
• Knowledge of industry best practices for application security, performance optimization, and maintainability.
