# Technical Skills
**Pega CSSA certification (mandatory)**
Strong understanding of:
Pega Case Management
Pega UI (Sections, Harness, Views)
Data Pages, Reports, and Integrations (basic)
Activities, Flow Rules, Data Transforms
Knowledge of **OOP concepts**
Working knowledge of **SQL and relational databases**
Basic understanding of **REST/SOAP integrations**
