Required Skills & Qualifications:
7+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 5+ years in Pega development.
Pega CSSA or SSA Certification (mandatory).
Strong experience in:
Case Management
Data modeling
Decisioning
Integrations (REST, SOAP, MQ)
UI (Sections, Harness, Portals)
Experience with Pega 7.x / 8.x versions.
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of performance tuning and security best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skill.
